Informational purpose only

This website provides general information about Ontario residential purchase-mortgage planning and the services offered through Cornell Mortgages Residential. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and it is not an offer to lend. You should obtain advice from the appropriate professional for your circumstances.

No mortgage decision or promise

Calculator outputs, guides, checklists, assessment results and qualification-review communications are illustrative and informational. They are not a mortgage application, lender approval, pre-approval, commitment, rate hold or promise of a financing outcome. Mortgage eligibility, rates, terms and conditions depend on lender policy, underwriting, verification, the property and other factors.

Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep the information on this site current and useful, but mortgage programs, lending criteria, taxes, rates, policies and market conditions can change. Information may be revised, removed or updated without notice. You should not rely on site information as the sole basis for a purchase, offer or financial decision.

Your use of forms and information

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, complete and current. Do not submit government ID, credit-report authorization, account passwords or banking-login details through initial website forms. Redact SINs, full account numbers and unnecessary information from documents. Submission of an inquiry does not oblige Cornell Mortgages Residential or any lender to provide financing services.

This site may link to third-party services, including the Newton secure application portal and Calendly booking service. These services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Unless otherwise indicated, the website content, design, text, graphics, logos and compilations are owned by or licensed to Cornell Mortgages Residential and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornell K.
